Refund and Return Policy

 

Returning Stocking Materials

Unopened boxes are fully refundable for any stocking material within 30 days.

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Opened and damaged boxes are not refundable. 

For orders being shipped, if canceled after pick-up has been completed, all fees related to cancellation will be the responsibility of the client.

The freight fee is non-refundable.

 

Returning Non-Stocking Materials

Orders wishing to be returned that are ordered from the supplier and not from GC Flooring stock are subject to a 30% restocking fee and return freight. 

Please note that the deadline for returning goods is 30 days after the purchase.

We do not accept returns on moldings and accessories.

For orders being shipped, if canceled after pick-up has been completed, all fees related to cancellation will be the responsibility of the client.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed on confirmation of returned goods and proper condition of boxes.

When refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment type made.

Please note that the shipment of returned materials is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer.

We are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and in new condition. This means that any boxes that are opened or damaged in any way may not be returned / refunded.
