Returns and Refund Policy

Stocking Materials

Unopened boxes are fully refundable for any stocking material within 30 days. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Stocking Materials

Orders wishing to be returned that are ordered from the supplier and not from GC Flooring stock Are subject to a 30% restocking fee and return freight.

No returns on moldings and accessories.

Refund will be processed on confirmation of returned goods and proper condition of boxes.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment type made.

Please note that the shipment of returned materials is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer.

We are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and in new condition. This means that any boxes that are opened or damaged in any way cannot be returned.
